How to Solve the Burr of Carbon Fiber Fabric?
In recent years, my country's carbon fiber production technology and product quality have been developed, especially the enterprises have entered a stage of rapid development. However, current carbon fiber products generally have the problem of high filament rate, which has restricted the application of carbon fiber and restricted the quality improvement of the carbon fiber industry.

01 Impurities and defects in the original silk
The defects of the original yarn mainly include internal holes, internal cracks, surface cracks and mechanical damage. The existence of these defects will inevitably lead to a decrease in the strength of the raw silk.
Initiators, oligomers, and dust particles remaining in the spinning solution may be transferred or volatilized to form hole defects in subsequent processes, and hairs are generated when tension is applied. In the process of pre-oxidation and carbonization, stress concentration is generated under the action of tension. When the load-bearing capacity is exceeded, the defect site will break and produce wool.
02 Effect of equipment
The installation accuracy of the transmission machine has a serious impact on the wool. When the deviation between the guide rollers and between the guide roller and the drafting roller is serious, the direction of the fiber entering the grooved roller is not perpendicular to the grooved roller axis, so there is friction between the fiber and the groove wall.
First of all, the friction itself damages the fiber, especially when the fiber is in the fragile stage, the strong friction may directly cause the hair. Secondly, the friction force causes the fiber bundle to rotate and twist in the same direction. When the fiber bundle with the same direction twist enters the furnace again, it is easy to cause sticking and overlapping of filaments, thereby producing wool.
If the carbon cloth has filaments and joints, it will not only affect the strength performance of the carbon cloth, but also the workers are prone to allergies during construction.

01 Source: Carbon raw silk
From the source, HORSE uses imported aviation-grade 12k small tow carbon filaments, with a single filament strength of 5400 MPa. The 12k small tow makes the glue better infiltrate, the dispersion is small, and the tensile performance is stable. 02 Machine
If the raw material is a good raw material, but in the process of transporting the carbon filament, the carbon filament will be damaged, then the hair will appear. In response to this situation, HORSE independently developed the creel to make the carbon filaments without damage during the conveying process and ensure the integrity of the carbon filaments.
When the tension of each carbon wire is different during weaving, the uneven force on the carbon wire causes unevenness in the finished product. When the carbon cloth itself is uneven, it is difficult to smooth it when pasting. The constant tension system independently developed by Hummer makes the tension of each carbon wire the same, the force is even, and the strength of each wire is exerted.
The traditional knitting machine is a collision-type weft insertion thread, which is easy to wear and tear the carbon wire, and there will be missing wefts and broken wefts, resulting in a wavy carbon cloth belly.
