1) With the increase of eccentricity, the compression area decreases, the compressive stress decreases as a whole, and the plastic strain in the compression area is also smaller. As a result, the tightening force of passive restraint also decreases, that is, the tightening force decreases with the increase of eccentricity.


2) Since the stress in the compression zone of the section is closer to the edge of the compression side, the larger the stress value and the larger the plastic deformation, the tightening force is not uniform on the same section.


3) With the increase of eccentricity, the tension area increases relative to the compression area, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the member decreases, and the reduction range decreases, and the eccentricity has a nonlinear relationship with the ultimate bearing capacity.


4) The ultimate bearing capacity decreases as a whole with the increase of the slenderness ratio.
