Construction requirements
1.Strengthening materials
1).Concrete: C50 micro expansive fine stone concrete, the fly ash should be grade I ash, and the burning loss should not be more than 5%.
2).Steel bar: HPB300 class bar, HRB335 grade steel bar, HRB400 grade steel bar.
3).Rebar adhesive:HM-500 injection anchoring adhesive
2.Before the components are strengthened, the original structural components should be discharged from their self weight first.
3.Combined with the new and old concrete, should be cut to combine surface weathering layer Susong, carbonation cracked rust layer and serious oil layer, until completely exposed solid base on the basis of this, the original concrete shall be chipped, clean, and in the new concrete interface before brushing glue.

6.The requirements for retendon planting:

6.4 when planting bars, the reinforcement should be welded and planted first. 6.5: in the current temperature curing adhesive anchor 10~15 minutes gel, 24 hours later, the construction can be fully cured.
6.6 test: after three days after the glue is completely cured, the rebar can be pulled out and drawn on the spot (self inspection or by the quality inspection department). If sampling is taken, the design value of the anchor shall not be drawn to the yield value of the steel bar, because the anchor part is also needed. If the simulation test is carried out, the yield value of the reinforcement or the ultimate load of the anchor will be drawn. As long as the test results reach or exceed the design value, there is no obvious change in the hole of the anchor, and the displacement of the anchor is very small, and it is considered to be qualified.
6.7. The drying of the surrounding concrete should be ensured before the planting of the tendon.
