Project overview
The Shanghai hospital building, originally built in 1921, was a three storey reinforced concrete frame structure, followed by a layer of brick walls and wooden houses in 1972. The building was added and decorated to the building according to the requirements of the owners.
Due to the long history of the building, the strength and seismic identification of the building showed that the strength of the column concrete is low and the carbonization is serious. The strength of the foundation foundation can not meet the requirement after calculation, and the axial compression ratio and the aseismic capacity of the frame column are insufficient, and the flexural and shear strength of the frame beam can not meet the requirements, so it is necessary to reinforce it. On the basis of comprehensive comparison, the foundation adopts anchor static pressure pile to reinforce the bearing capacity and control settlement, and the frame column is strengthened by the enclosure method (expanded section method) to meet the axial pressure ratio and the aseismic capacity requirements. The frame beam is strengthened by sticking steel method, that is, it can meet the requirements of flexural and shear strength, and is convenient for construction and shorten the cycle.
