General situation of Engineering


Yunzhuang River Bridge, a highway project around Jishou City on Provincial Highway $262, is built along the left side of Donghe River. The total length of the bridge is about 260.34 M. The superstructure of the bridge is 12m, and the width of the bridge is 4*15m+5*15m+6.5m,5X15m+6.5m and 3x15m. Through the analysis of the actual situation of the bridge, it is found that the bridge belongs to a dangerous bridge. If it is not strengthened, collapse and other accidents may occur at any time in future use, which may cause huge economic losses and casualties.

Reinforcement Design Scheme


(1) For the damaged concrete of the whole bridge, the exposed steel bars should be rusted off and repaired with epoxy mortar after rust removal.


(2) For concrete cracks in bridges whose width is less than O.15mm, crack edge sealant is used to seal the crack surface. In view of the concrete cracks on bridge deck exceeding 0.15mm,  crack repair structural glue is used to seal the cracks by pressure grouting method.


(3) The bottom of box girder is strengthened by pasting fibre cloth.


(4) Seal the cracks in the whole deck pavement, and use epoxy resin cement to seal the cracks whose width is less than O.15mm. The crack width is more than 0.15mm, and the crack repair structure glue is used to repair the crack. After repairing, a DPS waterproof layer is coated on the bridge deck.
