01 Frame column reinforcement


(1) The axial compression ratio of the frame column exceeds the specification and can be reinforced with carbon fiber wrap. Increase the lateral restraint of the column concrete and improve the deformation performance of the members under the action of seismic loads.


(2) Reinforced concrete can be added around the original column according to the actual situation on site and construction conditions to enhance the bearing capacity of the regional frame column.


(3) Retain the original structural column, wrap the steel frame around the column, pour structural glue between the two, and then apply high-strength mortar to the reinforced column outer steel wire mesh.


02 Frame beam reinforcement


(1) Stick steel plates with steel structures to reinforce the frame beams and apply grout on the surface of the steel plates.


(2) For beams where the stirrups at the end of the main beam do not meet the requirements of the specification, U-shaped carbon fiber cloth can be pasted on the end of the beam to improve the shear resistance.


(3) The non-structural vertical cracks are treated with structural glue infusion and pressure sealing.


(4) Carry out anti-corrosion treatment of steel bars, penetrate through reinforced long ribs, implant U-shaped stirrups, install shear steel brackets and fix them with pull bolts.

03 Independent foundation


The old independent foundation can be partly retained, the length, width and height can be increased, the concrete cushion at the widened part can be poured, and the reinforcement of the bottom plate should not be damaged. After that, the original foundation was treated with anti-corrosion treatment of steel bars and the old concrete interface glue was applied.


04 Pillar root


The main reinforcement of the pier is implanted around the column and the reinforcement of the pier is tied. The newly poured concrete at this part should also be coated with the old concrete interface glue. After the concrete is poured, the formwork is removed, the formwork is removed, and the concrete is placed; the formwork is removed and cured.


05 Floor parts

06 Structural connection


For the connection between the original structural beam and the newly added beam body, the main reinforcement bar at the lower part of the secondary beam should be implanted into the original beam body. And supplemented with concrete to ensure the shear strength of the secondary beam, and then the process of demoulding and maintenance.
